My dear delegates,
Greetings from Don Bosco Higher Secondary School Mannuthy!! We are all looking ahead with a lot of enthusiasm and wonder to attend the Sixth edition of the National Educational Conference of Don Bosco Schools (NECDBS 2022). We are all the more excited as we could not come together for the past four years due to COVID -19, the pandemic. This conference will be a golden opportunity for all the delegates for interaction and development as a salesian educator.

All India Don Bosco Educational Society (AIDBES), Don Bosco School Association (DBSAI) together with the Sacred Heart Province of Bangalore is organizing the SIXTH NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCE OF DON BOSCO SCHOOLS (NECDBS) INDIA on 16 - 19 November 2022 at Don Bosco Senior Secondary School, Vaduthala, Kochi 682 023 on the theme ‘Enhancing Child-Centred, Participatory & Experiential Learning Spaces’.

Education has a far reaching impact on generations of society. Salesians of Don Bosco, have been in the Ministry of Education for more than a century in India and we have this huge responsibility of becoming more effective and efficient educators in our society. Don Bosco Schools in India are looked up to as a brand model for excellence in education. Hence, such a conference once in two years has become a necessity in doing a SWOT analysis of our own institutions, learning from the success stories of various provinces, to learn from leading educationists and companies on innovative and qualitative educational tools and for evolving strategies to take forward our schools to schools of excellence.

I wish to invite and welcome our Regional, Provincials and all the delegates on board. Let us begin this scenic sail entrusting ourselves and the conference to the maternal care of our Blessed Mother and guidance of Don Bosco, our father and founder. Having a very deep study on the above said theme, we shall speed up the process to enhance a Child-Centred, Participatory & Experiential Learning Spaces in our schools. Thank you and God Bless!
